14-Day Returns & Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy lasts for 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Most items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided that:

• The item is unused and in the same condition as received.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.
• A proof of purchase is provided.

Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper use does not qualify for a replacement.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to product availability.

Return labels are provided only for eligible defective or incorrect products reported within the applicable return period.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

For defective or damaged products, we may replace the item with the same product when available.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on:

• Shipping destination

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If applicable, return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

You may choose your preferred shipping carrier. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number until your return has been successfully processed.

Buddha Stones is not responsible for return packages lost in transit when shipped without tracking.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient may receive store credit for the value of the approved return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the purchaser originally received the order before gifting it, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

One-Year Defective Product Support

For defective items purchased within one year, customers who provide valid proof of purchase may be eligible to receive a promotional code for 50% off the same item.

Eligibility is subject to review and does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.

By chance, an esteemed senior gave me a Tibetan name representing Lotus - Pema. I would like to introduce myself thereafter.
